摘 要:随着海洋石油资源的开发,深水油气田规模逐步增加。深水高压低温环境易引发水下生产系统出现水合物生成、蜡沉积、严重段塞流等流动安全问题。除此之外,高产、高含CO_(2)、高气油比工况对流动安全的影响应特别关注。流动保障技术是确保深水油气田开发技术经济可行性的关键工程技术。结合某高产高气油比深水油田生产数据和典型工况,开展水下生产系统流动保障问题研究,建立自井筒至生产立管浮式生产储油装置(FPSO)出口之间整体计算模型,研究了原油物性分析、水下生产系统布置、水下管线直径选取、水合物、结蜡、冲蚀和段塞分析等重点问题,提出了流动安全运行应对措施和管理策略,研究成果有效保障了油田平稳高效生产。Deepwater oil and gas fields are gradually increasing with the development of offshore oil and gas resources.Subsea production system of deepwater project is generally challenged by high pressure and low temperature which are easy to introduce flow assurance issues,such as hydrate formation,wax deposition,severe slugging,etc.High flow rate,high CO_(2) content and high gas oil ratio(GOR)are also observed in recent deepwater projects and their influence on the flow assurance needs also to be studied to provide insights for safe operation of subsea production system.Flow assurance analysis is the critical technique to ensure technically and economically feasible production of deepwater oil and gas fields.For this purpose,based on production data and typical working conditions of high flow rate and high GOR deepwater oilfield,an integrated simulation model including well tube,flowline and production riser is established and investigated with regard to configuration of the overall layout and pipe sizing,formation of hydrate,slug,wax deposition,erosion,scaling,etc.Safety operation measures and management strategies are made to optimize production operations.The results can provide stable and efficient production in the oilfield.
