摘  要:铁路是国民经济大动脉、关键基础设施和重大民生工程,铁路网规划研究是铁路建设和发展的重要基础性工作。经过多年实践,我国铁路网布局已形成了一套较为成熟的路网规划理论体系和流程,在十余年来的路网规划工作中发挥了关键作用。然而,随着铁路网发展基础的根本性转变,铁路网规划工作也面临着重大变化,需要进一步丰富完善规划理论体系,以适应未来规划工作需要。在梳理总结铁路网规划既有理论方法的基础上,结合路网发展趋势,提出现有方法存在的问题与面临的挑战,并对规划理论方法进行研究展望,为更好开展铁路网规划工作提供基础。Railway is the national economic artery,key infrastructure and major people's livelihood project.And railway network planning study is an important basic work for railway construction and development.After many years of practice,the layout of China's railway network has gradually formed a more mature theoretical method and process of railway network planning,which has played a key role in railway network planning for more than ten years.However,with the fundamental transformation of the development basis of railway networks,railway network planning methods are also facing significant changes.In order to meet the needs of future planning work,the existing planning theory system needs to be further enriched and improved.Based on sorting and summarizing the theoretical methods of railway network planning,this paper puts forward the problems and challenges of the present methods combined with the development trend,and provides the research prospect of the planning theoretical methods to provide a basis for better railway network planning.
