摘　　要：我国铁路于2017年推出“铁路畅行”常旅客会员计划,存在诸多不足与亟待完善的地方。通过SWOT分析、问卷调研,从“会员规则流程”优化升级方案、“会员积分累积”优化升级方案——“积分多样积”、“会员积分兑换”优化升级方案——“积分随心兑”、“会员等级服务”优化升级方案——“服务全程享”四个方面提供“铁路畅行”常旅客会员计划优化升级解决方案,助力广大旅客的铁路出行实现从“走得了”向“走得好”、“走得快”和“走得舒服”的转变。China Railway launched the"Smooth Railway"frequent passenger membership plan in 2017,and there are many shortcomings and areas that need to be improved.Through SWOT analysis and questionnaire research,the optimization and upgrading solutions of"Smooth Railway"frequent passenger membership plan are provided from four aspects:the optimization and upgrading solutions of"membership rules and procedures","membership points accumulation","membership points redemption",and"membership level service".These optimizing and upgrading solutions could help the majority of passengers to realize the transformation of railway travel from"only arriving"to"traveling well","traveling fast"and"traveling comfortably".
