摘  要:本文针对通用窄脉冲半导体激光器的使用及测试方式,设计了一种脉冲宽度和工作频率连续可调的带电流监测的大电流窄脉冲驱动电路。整体驱动电路的频率调节与脉宽控制采用模拟方式实现大范围连续可调,同时可通过电流采样直接监测激光器驱动电流的幅值和脉冲宽度。经测试,该驱动电路可实现峰值电流30 A、脉冲宽度50ns~200ns、工作频率300Hz~50kHz连续可调的驱动能力。In this paper,according to the usage and testing methods of general-purpose narrow-pulse semiconductor lasers,a high-current narrow-pulse drive circuit with current monitoring is designed with continuously adjustable pulse width and operating frequency.The circuit uses an analog method to achieve a wide range of frequency regulation and pulse width control,while monitoring the amplitude and pulse width of the laser drive current by current sampling.The driving circuit is tested to achieve a peak current of 30 A,a pulse width of 50 ns to 200 ns,and a continuously adjustable operating frequency of 300 Hz to 50 kHz.
