摘　　要：随着资产证券化的纵深发展,金融资本与知识资本实现了结合,著作权证券化逐渐成为企业实现知识产权运营的重要手段和结构性融资的新选择。然而,国内尚无著作权集体管理组织开展著作权证券化活动的先例。本文在论证著作权集体管理组织开展著作权资产证券化融资可行性的基础上,构建了著作权集体管理组织信托型证券化模式,并对该模式的风险及其防范措施展开了具体探讨。With the booming of asset securitization,financial capital and intellectual capital have been combined,and copyright securitization has gradually become an important means for enterprises to operate intellectual property and a new choice for structural financing.However,there is no precedent of domestic copyright collective management organization carrying out copyright securitization.Therefore,on the basis of demonstrating its feasibility,this paper proposes to construct a trust-based securitization model and elaborates on the risks of this model and its preventive measures.
