摘  要:采用碱解—Fenton氧化工艺对灭多威生产废水进行处理,考察了液碱加入量、碱解温度和碱解催化剂对碱解处理效果的影响,分析了影响Fenton氧化效果的主要因素。实验结果表明:在液碱加入量5%(w)、碱解催化剂加入量5 g/L、碱解温度150℃、碱解时间5 h、双氧水加入量3%(w)、Fenton反应温度65℃、反应时间70 min的最佳工艺条件下,灭多威生产废水经碱解—Fenton氧化工艺处理后,COD由39347.5 mg/L降至5390.6 mg/L,去除率为86.3%,灭多威肟质量浓度由9021.2 mg/L降低至98.1 mg/L,去除率为98.9%,灭多威质量浓度由3354.5 mg/L降至未检出,BOD5/COD由0.02提高至0.34;采用碱解—Fenton氧化工艺处理1 t灭多威生产废水的药剂成本为103.01元。The combination process of alkaline hydrolysis and Fenton oxidation was used to treat methomyl production wastewater.The effects of liquid alkali amount,alkaline hydrolysis temperature and alkaline hydrolysis catalyst were investigated,and the main factors affecting Fenton oxidation effect were analyzed.The experimental results show that:Under the optimal conditions of liquid alkali amount 5%(w),alkaline hydrolysis catalyst amount 5 g/L,alkaline hydrolysis temperature 150℃,alkaline hydrolysis time 5 h,hydrogen peroxide amount 5%(w),Fenton reaction temperature 65℃and Fenton reaction time 70 min,the COD of the wastewater decreases from 39347.5 mg/L to 5390.6 mg/L with 86.3%of removal rate,the mass concentration of methomyl oxime decreases from 9021.2 mg/L to 98.1 mg/L with 98.9%of removal rate,the mass concentration of methomyl decreases from 3354.5 mg/L to undetected,and BOD5/COD is increased from 0.02 to 0.34;The reagent cost for treating 1 t methomyl production wastewater by alkali hydrolysis-Fenton oxidation process is 103.01 RMB.
