摘  要:以γ-Al_(2)O_(3)为载体,通过浸渍法制备了Cu/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)臭氧氧化催化剂。物化性能测试结果表明,催化剂比表面积为304.8 m^(2)/g,孔径为5~10 nm,抗压碎力大于100 N,该催化剂可耐受短期酸性废水冲击,并具有一定的抗结垢性。将该催化剂用于臭氧氧化工艺与曝气生物滤池结合处理炼油污水生化出水。催化剂对臭氧氧化降解炼油污水生化出水COD催化效果良好,同时废水可生化性显著提高,利于后续曝气生物滤池深度去除COD。在进水COD为40~154 mg/L的条件下,出水COD稳定在20~40 mg/L,实现了耐冲击稳定运行。Cu/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst for ozone oxidation was prepared by impregnation method usingγ-Al_(2)O_(3)as carrier.The test results of physical and chemical properties indicate that the catalyst with 304.8 m^(2)/g of specific surface area,5-10 nm of pore diameter and more than 100 N of resistance force to crushing can withstand short-term impact by acidic wastewater,and has certain scale resistance.The catalyst was used to treat the biochemical effluent of refinery wastewater by the combination process of ozone oxidation and biological aerated filter.The results show that the catalyst has a good catalytic effect on COD degradation of the wastewater by ozone oxidation,and the biodegradability of the wastewater is significantly improved,which is conducive to the deep removal of COD in the subsequent biological aerated filter.Under the condition of influent COD of 40-154 mg/L,the COD of the effluent is stable at 20-40 mg/L,achieving shock resistant and stable operation.
