民办本科高校专业设置与调整研究

摘　　要：基于湖北省教育厅2018—2022年发布的本科专业目录数据分析发现,湖北省民办本科高校在专业设置学科门类上较为齐全,专业布点排在前三位的分别是工学(35.61%)、管理学(21.49%)和艺术学(15.64%)。通过2018—2022年的变动趋势来看,具有专业调整新增大于撤销、学科偏向性严重、调整覆盖面广、与经济发展和社会需求紧密相连的特点,但是存在经、管、文和艺术类专业布点过多,“四新”专业设置盲目性等问题。要通过政府奖惩制度、社会第三方评估、专业评估及专业准入和撤销机制、优势和特色专业的建立几个方面入手,保障专业调整的科学性、合理性,建立适合民办本科高校向内涵式发展的专业结构。Based onthe release of undergraduate professional directory data,published in 2018-2022 by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education,it has a complete range of disciplines of the private undergraduate colleges in Hubei province,the top three are engineering(35.61%),management sciences(21.49%)and arts(15.64%).According to the changing trend of the last five years,it has the characteristics of major adjustment increasing more than canceling,discipline bias is serious,adjustment covers a wide range,specialty establishment is closely linked with economic development and social needs.However,there are many problems such as the over arrangement of the major of economics sciences,management sciences,literature and arts,and the blindness of the setting of the"Four new"major.We should guarantee the scientific and rational adjustment of specialty through the system of government rewards and punishments,social third-party evaluation,professional evaluation,professional admission and withdrawal mechanism,and the establishment of specialty with advantages and characteristics,to establish a professional structure suitable for private undergraduate colleges to develop intensively.
