摘  要:【目的】为了鉴定供试小麦品种的耐低磷特性。【方法】通过盆栽方法,设置正常磷(CK)和低磷胁迫(LP)处理,对9个小麦品种的苗期性状地上干质量、地下干质量、苗长总根长等8个指标进行鉴定分析。【结果】通过主成分分析将苗期测定的8个指标转化为3个综合指标,累计贡献率为87.00%,然后采用隶属函数分析法对性状指标进行综合分析排序,以综合评价值(D值)为依据对品种的耐低磷特性进行排序和聚类,顺序依次为为新春17号、中麦175、甘春26号、陇春27号、西旱3号、陇春23号、陇春9786、西旱2号、宁春4号。其中新春17号D值达到0.80;其次为中麦175的为0.78;宁春4号最低为0.37。【结论】苗期试验初步筛出新春17号和中麦175为耐低磷材料,而西旱2号和宁春4号为磷敏感品种。【Objective】The promotion and application of low-phosphorus-tolerant crops in production can effectively reduce the amount of phosphorus applied to soil,and is of great significance in solving the soil phosphorus resource crisis and protecting the agro-ecological environment.To identify the low phosphorus tolerance characteristics of the wheat varieties tested.【Method】8 indicators including aboveground dry weight,underground dry weight,seedling length and total root length of seedling traits of 9 wheat cultivars were identified and analyzed by pot method,with normal phosphorus(CK)and low phosphorus(LP)stress treatments.【Result】The 8 indicators measured at the seedling stage were transformed into 3 comprehensive indicators by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 87.00%.to sort and cluster the varieties according to their low phosphorus tolerance,the order is Xinchun 17,Zhongmai 175,Ganchun 26,Longchun 27,Xihan 3,Longchun 23,Longchun 9786,Xihan 2,Ningchun 4.Among them,the D value of Xinchun 17 reached 0.80;followed by Zhongmai 175 with 0.78;Ningchun 4 was the lowest with 0.37.【Conclusion】In the seedling stage test,Xinchun 17 and Zhongmai 175 were preliminarily screened as low phosphorus tolerant materials,while Xihan 2 and Ningchun 4 were phosphorus sensitive varieties.
