摘  要:【目的】明确武威市荷兰豆根腐病病原菌的种类,可为该病害的及时有效防治提供理论依据。【方法】采集荷兰豆根腐病株并分离和纯化病原菌,通过形态学特征结合ITS-rDNA与TEF-1α基因序列分析鉴定种类,并按照柯赫氏法则测定其致病性。【结果】分离得到16株Fusarium spp.,其中3株为燕麦镰孢菌Fusarium avenaceum,分离频率为18.75%;13株为茄镰孢菌F.solani,分离频率为81.25%,后者为优势种类。荷兰豆致病性试验症状表现与田间的基本一致,接种7 d后发病率为100%,病情指数为16.5~38.0,其中燕麦镰孢菌W14-1病情指数最高,为38.0;茄镰孢菌W8病情指数最低,为16.5。【结论】茄镰孢菌和燕麦镰孢菌是引起甘肃省武威市荷兰豆根腐病的病原,茄镰孢为优势病原。【Objective】This study aimed to identify the pathogens causing snow pea root rot in Wuwei City and provide a target for controlling the disease.【Method】Several samples of disease snow pea roots were conducted in Wuwei city.Pathogens were isolated using tissue separation and purified via single spore isolation.identified using morphological characteristics and molecular methods,including sequencing of ITS-rDNA and the translation elongation factor 1αgene(TEF-1α).The pathogenicity of different pathogens was also tested according to Koch's postulates.【Result】Sixteen strains of genus Fusarium spp.were obtained,including 3 strains of F.avenaceum with isolation frequencies of 18.75%,13 strains of F.solani with isolation frequencies of 81.255%.F.solani was found to be the dominant pathogen causing snow pea root rot.The symptoms observed in the pathogenicity test were consistent with those observed in the field,with a disease incidence of 100%7 days after inoculation.The disease index ranged from 16.5 to 38.0,with F.avenaceum W14-1 being the most aggressive strain(with a disease index of 38.0)and F.solani W8 having a disease index of 16.5.【Conclusion】The pathogens causing root rot of snow pea in Wuwei City were identified as F.solani and F.avenaceum,with F.solani being the dominant pathogen.
