摘 要:采用SBM和Malmquist指数方法对陕西省10市2011—2020年的物流效率进行了测度,并借助Tobit回归模型探究了影响物流效率的因素,实证研究结果表明:陕西省各市物流效率值参差不齐,仅有4市的效率达到有效水平,且物流技术进步效率和全要素生产率的发展贴合度非常高,呈现2011—2015年快速上升随后快速下降趋于平缓的状态;进一步使用Tobit回归分析,发现产业结构和物流资源利用水平对陕西省物流效率影响最为显著。提高物流资源的利用效率,促进先进技术在物流业中的应用和迭代是提升陕西省物流水平和效率的关键所在。SBM and Malmquist index methods are used to measure the logistics efficiency of 10 cities in Shaanxi Province from 2011 to 2020,and the Tobit regression model is applied to exploring the factors affecting logistics efficiency.The empirical research results show that the logistics efficiency values of cities in Shaanxi Province are uneven,only four cities getting effective efficiency.It is also found that the development fitting degree of logistics technology progress efficiency and total factor productivity is very high,showing a rapid rise from 2011 to 2015,followed by a rapid decline and a tendency to be flat.Through further Tobit regression analysis,it is shown that the industrial structure and the utilization level of logistics resources have the most significant impact on the logistics efficiency of Shaanxi Province.Therefore,it is crucial for the improvement ofShaanxi logistics level and efficiency to improve the utilization efficiency of logistics resources and promote the application and iteration of advanced technology in logistics industry in Shaanxi province.
