摘 要:为了提高井眼轨迹的测量精度,针对随钻动态测量过程中钻头碎岩产生的强振动干扰,提出基于禁忌搜索算法(TS)优化参数的变分模态分解(VMD)和互相关分析的联合提取算法。首先对加速度计原始信号进行VMD预分解得到重力加速度信号模态,利用禁忌算法以重力加速度信号模态和对振动不敏感的磁力计信号的归一化互相关系数为评价函数,对变分模态分解的分解模态数和二次惩罚因子进行优化,然后利用互相关算法对其进行精确提取。对Z轴方向上的加速度信号先采用低通滤波再进行滑动平均滤波,完成重力加速度信号的提取,仿真结果表明,井斜角的测量误差优于±0.3°,动态测量精度获得提高。In order to improve the accuracy of borehole trajectory measurement,a joint extraction algorithm based on tabu search algorithm(TS)optimization parameters of variational modal decomposition(VMD)and cross-correlation analysis is proposed for the strong vibration interference caused by bit rock fragmentation during dynamic measurement while drilling.First,the original accelerometer signal is decomposed by VMD to obtain the gravity acceleration signal mode.The normalized cross-correlation coefficient of the gravity acceleration signal mode and the magnetometer signal insensitive to vibration is used as the evaluation function to optimize the decomposition mode number and the second penalty factor of the variational mode decomposition.Then the cross-correlation algorithm is used to extract it accurately.The acceleration signal in the Z-axis direction is first filtered by low-pass filter and then moving average filtering to complete the extraction of gravity acceleration signal.The simulation results show that the average measurement error of well deviation is less than 0.3°,and the dynamic measurement accuracy is improved.
