摘 要:建立了阶梯状轴向柱塞马达的数学模型,探讨了柱塞数、交错角、进油压力和阶梯距离对缸体力矩的影响。结果表明:柱塞泵内、外排柱塞产生的输出扭矩可以叠加增大,塞马达内外排柱塞数相同时,二者可以相互抵消以获得更好的稳定性;缸体力矩随着交错角的增大先增大后减小;缸体力矩随着阶梯距离的增大先减小后增大,合理地设计柱塞数、交错角、进油压力配比和阶梯距离可使柱塞泵平衡性得到优化。The mathematical model of stepped axial piston motor is established,and the influence of the number of pistons,staggered angle,oil inlet pressure and step distance on the cylinder block torque is discussed.The results show that the output torque generated by the inner and outer rows of pistons in the plunger pump can be superimposed and increased.When the number of plugs in the inner and outer rows of the plunger motor is the same,the two can cancel each other out to achieve better stability.The torque of the cylinder increases first and then decreases with the increase of the staggered angle.The torque of the cylinder decreases first and then increases as the step distance increases.Reasonably designing the number of plungers,staggered angle,inlet pressure ratio,and step distance can optimize the balance of the plunger pump.
