摘  要:信噪比是评价微光像增强器综合性能的重要参数之一,为实现基于制冷型Si光电探测器的像增强器信噪比检测,开展了结构方案设计及其力学特性仿真分析与试验验证。采用级联积分球方案,输出均匀稳定的辐射光源;设计测试暗室,解决像增强器定心配准问题,并降低系统杂散光;结合热、电磁兼容设计要求,完成探测器模块结构设计;采用密封式箱体结构,内置发黑处理的支撑隔板,提高整机抗力学性能。开展有限元分析,结果显示整机基频为564.94Hz,最大等效应力为2.21MPa,强度和刚度均满足设计要求。开展了随机振动、功能冲击力学试验,试验前后信噪比测试结果与标称值偏差小于5%,且仪器各项功能正常,证明了系统结构设计的合理性,为信噪比测试仪在复杂工作环境下可靠工作提供了保障。The signal-to-noise ratio is one of the important parameters to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the low-light image intensifier.In order to realize the signal-to-noise ratio measurement of the image intensifier based on the cooled Si photodetector,the structural design and its mechanical characteristics simulation analysis and experimental verification were carried out.Adopt cascaded integrating sphere scheme to output uniform and stable radiation light source;design test darkroom to solve the problem of image intensifier centering and registration,and reduce system stray light,combine thermal and electromagnetic compatibility design requirements to complete the structural design of detector module,adopt sealing Type box structure,built-in blackened support partition,improve the mechanical resistance of the whole machine.The finite element analysis is carried out,and the results show that the fundamental frequency of the whole machine is 564.94Hz,the maximum equivalent stress is 2.21MPa,and the strength and stiffness meet the design requirements.Random vibration and functional impact mechanics tests have been carried out.The deviation between the signal-to-noise ratio test results and the nominal value before and after the test is less than 5%,and the functions of the instrument are normal,which proves the rationality of the system structure design.Reliable work in the working environment provides a guarantee.
