近三十年超级电容器研究热点与趋势分析

摘　　要：收集1990-2020年国内外关于超级电容器研究文献基本信息数据,分析超级电容器研究进展与趋势。外文检索Web of Science数据库,中文检索中国知网数据库,时间设置为1990-2020年,下载超级电容器相关研究文献数据,采集研究文献关键信息,如标题、作者、摘要、关键词、研究机构、资助基金和发表刊物等。利用CitespaceⅥ软件工具分析该研究领域的核心作者、研究机构和关键文献等信息。国内外热点研究机构为中国科学院大学、清华大学、Nanyang Technol University等;热点研究学者为Simon, P;Fauvarque, JF;Gogotsi, Yury;Mstragostino, M等;热点关键词为掺杂、氧化镍、交流阻抗、electrochemical property、super capacitor、energy density等。近三十年国内超级电容器研究位于前列,超级电容器文献聚类分析反映了该领域研究热点、前沿和趋势。,keywords,research institutions,funding funds and publications.Citespace VI software is used for data conversion,and the information of core authors,research institutions and key documents in this field are analyzed.Results The hot research institutions at home and abroad are University of Chinese Academy of Sciences,Tsinghua University,Nanyang Technol University;the hot research scholars are Simon,P,Fauvarqe,JF,Gogotsi,Yury,Mstraoino,M.The hot keywords are doping,nickel oxide,AC impedance,electrochemical property,super capacitor,energy density,etc.Conclusion The cluster analysis of the research literature on supercapacitors at home and abroad from 1990 to 2020 reflects the research hotspots,Frontiers and trends in this field.
