摘 要:为系统探究碳化针织物柔性应变传感器的传感性能,对棉与黏胶针织物进行碳化处理使其成为导电材料,再与热塑性聚氨酯薄膜进行复合,制得6种柔性应变传感器。通过拉伸试验,研究传感器的拉伸方向、纤维材料及碳化后织物组织结构和密度对传感器的灵敏系数、重现性等传感性能的影响。结果表明:沿横列方向拉伸时传感器的传感性能优于沿纵行方向拉伸;以棉纤维为原料制备的应变传感器的综合传感性能优于黏胶;棉纬平针织物应变传感器的综合传感性能最佳,1×1罗纹织物次之,双罗纹织物最差;织物密度越小,传感器的传感性能越好。该研究对应变传感器的设计具有一定的指导意义。Six kinds of flexible strain sensors were prepared by carbonizing cotton and viscose knitted fabrics into conductive materials and then compounding them with thermoplastic urethane film,to systematically investigate the sensing performance properties of flexible strain sensors for carbonized knitted fabrics.The influences of the sensor's tensile direction,fiber material,carbonized fabric structure and density on the sensitivity coefficient and repeatability of the sensors were investigated by tensile test.The results indicate that the sensing properties of the sensors in the course direction is better than that in the wale stretching direction.The sensing properties of the strain sensor made of cotton is superior to that made of viscose.The comprehensive sensing properties of cotton plain knitted fabric strain sensor are the best,followed by 1×1 rib fabric,and interlock fabric is the worst.The smaller the fabric density,the better the sensing properties of the sensor.The research has guiding significance for the design of strain sensor.
