摘  要:剩余污泥水热液用作碳源进行污水生物脱氮时,可被微生物利用的有效碳源含量较低,并且污泥水热液中的氮磷负荷会影响微生物脱氮效能。考察不同预处理方法(碱催化、多种酸催化及超声和冻融处理)对污泥水热液成分组成的影响,取好氧生物处理试验后可生化性能较好的污泥水热液进行反硝化试验,探讨预处理后污泥水热液的水质特性及其作为反硝化碳源的脱氮效率。结果表明:经144 W功率超声预处理后,水热过程污泥的溶出效果最佳;H_(2)SO_(4)催化有助于污泥水热液中蛋白质的水解,联用超声后可进一步促进蛋白质的水解,使污泥水热液中有机氮的比率下降。由此可见,超声或酸化联合超声预处理能够强化污泥水热液作为反硝化脱氮碳源的效能。When residual sludge hydrothermal liquid is used as a carbon source for biological denitrification of wastewater,the effective carbon source available to microorganisms is low and the nitrogen and phosphorus loadings in the sludge hydrothermal liquid can affect the effectiveness of microbial denitrification.The effect of different pretreatment methods(alkali-catalyzed,multi-acid-catalyzed,ultrasonic and freeze-thaw treatment)on the composition of sludge hydrothermal liquid was investigated.The sludge hydrothermal liquid with good biochemical performance after aerobic biological treatment was tested for denitrification to investigate the water quality characteristics of the pretreated sludge hydrothermal liquid and its denitrification efficiency as a carbon source for denitrification.The results show that the best leaching effect of the sludge from the hydrothermal process is achieved after pretreatment with 144 W power ultrasound;H_(2)SO_(4) catalysis contributes to the hydrolysis of proteins in the sludge hydrothermal liquid,and the combination of ultrasound further promotes the hydrolysis of proteins,resulting in a decrease in the ratio of organic nitrogen in the sludge hydrothermal liquid.It indicates that pretreatment by ultrasonication or acidification combined with ultrasonication can enhance the effectiveness of sludge hydrothermal liquid as a carbon source for denitrification.
