摘　　要：提升国际学术话语权需要建设学术出版强国,当今我国学术出版产业竞争力整体偏弱,亟需探寻提升路径。文章从产业竞争情报视角构建竞争力分析模型,选择中、美、欧大型学术出版商作为案例,分析爱思唯尔、科睿唯安、中国知网、中国科传年报中的文本和量化指标,发现国内学术出版商在股权融资、国际业务、发展定位上与欧美存在差距。对此应参考欧盟反垄断战略,从扩大产业规模、重视研发创新,完善法律监管、利用金融工具,推进开放获取提高我国学术出版产业竞争力。We should build a strong academic publishing country to enhance Chinese international academic discourse power at present,especially the overall competitiveness of Chinese academic publishing industry is weak and need to explore ways to improve it.This paper constructs a competitiveness analysis model from the perspective of industrial competitive intelligence,selects large academic publishers in China,the United States and Europe as examples,analyzes the texts and quantitative indicators in Elsevier,Clarivate,CNKI,and China Science and Publishing&Media Ltd.Annual Report.Then we find that there are gaps between domestic academic publishers and Europe or the United States in equity financing,international business,and development positioning.In this regard,we should refer to the EU’s anti-monopoly strategy,expand the industrial scale,attach importance to R&D innovation,improve legal supervision,use the financial tools,transfer to open access to improve the competitiveness of Chinese academic publishing industry.
