绿色金融助推产业结构调整升级问题的分析及研究——基于吉林省与全国平均水平的实证分析

摘　　要：随着经济全球化进程的加快和辐射面延伸,环境污染和资源消耗越演愈烈,高污染、高排放、高耗能产业结构亟需调整,绿色经济转型成为了未来经济可持续发展的必然选择。本文强调了绿色金融和产业结构升级有机协调发展的意义;回顾了绿色金融理论基础及其与产业结构的关系;理清了绿色金融发展与产业结构调整之间相互影响的作用机制;借助耦合协调度模型,实证分析了吉林省绿色金融与产业结构调整的耦合及协调情况,给出了绿色金融助推产业结构调整的发展建议。With the acceleration of economic globalization and the extension of radiation,environmental pollution and resource consumption are becoming more and more serious.The industrial structure of high pollution,high emission and high energy consumption needs to be adjusted urgently.Therefore,a green economic transformation has become the inevitable choice for sustainable economic development in the future.This paper emphasizes the signifi cance of the organic and coordinated development of green fi nance and industrial structure upgrading;reviews the theoretical basis of green fi nance and its relationship with industrial structure;clarifi es the interaction mechanism between green finance development and industrial structure adjustment;empirically analyzes the coupling and coordination of green finance and industrial structure adjustment in Jilin Province based on the coupling harmonious degree model.Finally,we give some development suggestions for green fi nance to boost industrial structure adjustment.
