摘 要:目的比较分析Star-VIBE序列和常规VIBE序列在肺癌MR检查中的应用价值。方法前瞻性收集30例CT检查提示肺癌患者,行Star-VIBE序列及常规VIBE序列横轴位MR平扫及增强延迟期成像,通过测量病灶和相邻正常肺组织信号强度(SI)和标准差(SD),并计算各自的图像信噪比(SNR)及病灶的对比度信噪比(CNR)。此外,我们采用5分法来对两组图像的质量进行人工评分,并且应用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析图像评分并比较两序列图像质量的效能。结果Star-VIBE序列平扫和增强图像主观评分及图像SNR、CNR均较常规VIBE序列图像高(P值<0.05),比较Star-VIBE序列与常规VIBE序列图像质量的效能为:敏感度80%,特异度81.67,Youden指数:0.6167,AUC0.831(P值<0.0001)。结论肺癌患者MR检查采集T_(1)WI时,Star-VIBE序列采集获得MR图像优于常规VIBE序列,其值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective Comparative analysis of the application value of Star VIBE sequence and conventional VIBE sequence in MR examination of lung cancer.Methods Prospective collection of 30 patients with lung cancer diagnosed by CT,Star vibe sequence and conventional VIBE sequence were performed with horizontal axial MR plain scan and enhanced delayed phase imaging,The longest longitude of the focus was measured after the acquisition,The lesion was measured at the level of the longest meridian of the lesion,Signal intensity(SI)and standard deviation(SD)of adjacent normal lung tissue,The signalto-noise ratio(SNR)of each image and the contrast signal-to-noise ratio(CNR)of lesion and normal lung tissue were calculated,Conduct objective evaluation.In addition,the"5"score method is used to score the image quality of the two sequences subjectively,The differences of SNR,CNR and subjective scores of the two sequence images were compared Results Subjective evaluation method:The scores of plain scan and enhanced images showed that Star VIBE sequence was significantly higher than conventional VIBE sequence(P<0.05),Objective evaluation method:The signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of star vibe sequence image focus and adjacent normal lung tissue was higher than that of conventional conventional VIBE sequence(P<0.05),CNR of lesion was higher than that of conventional conventional VIBE sequence(P<0.05).Conclusion T_(1)WI of MR examination of lung cancer patients,MR images obtained by free breathing Star VIBE sequence acquisition are superior to conventional VIBE sequence,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
