摘 要:股骨头坏死为骨科难治病之一,好发于中青年人群。股骨头坏死除骨质病变外,还会继发关节软骨损伤,进而加剧关节功能障碍。股骨头坏死保髋治疗为骨科常用且重要的治疗方法,研究发现关节软骨损伤的程度和面积会影响保髋治疗的效果。MR技术可无创或微创对关节软骨损伤进行定量或半定量评估,本文就软骨损伤机制及软骨损伤MR研究方法和进展进行综述。Femoral head necrosis is one of refractory diseases in orthopedics,it often occurs in young people.In addition to bone lesions,femoral head necrosis will also cause articular cartilage injury,which will further aggravate joint dysfunction.Hip preserving treatment for femoral head necrosis is a common and important treatment method in orthopedics.It is found that the degree and area of articular cartilage injury will affect the effect of hip preserving treatment.MR technology can quantitatively or semiquantitatively evaluate articular cartilage injury in a noinvasive or minimally invasive way.This article reviews the mechanism of cartilage injury and the research methods and progress of MR in cartilage injury.
