成县核桃产业发展现状与对策分析

摘　　要：核桃产业作为成县重要的特色农业之一,在增加农民收入和推动经济发展过程中发挥重要作用。运用SWOT综合分析法和问卷调查法,从产业优势、劣势、机会和最大威胁4个方面分析了目前成县核桃种植产业现状,总结成县核桃种植产业发展过程中仍然存在缺乏管理,核桃加工业滞后、加工比例小等问题。并从大力开展技术培训,提升科技管理水平;提高自然灾害防范能力;探索核桃深加工路径,提升核桃产品附加值等方面提出成县核桃产业发展的对策建议。As one of the primary characteristic agricultures in Chengxian County,walnut industry plays an essential role in increasing farmers'income and promoting economic development.Using SWOT comprehensive analysis method and questionnaire survey method,the current situation of the walnut plantation industry in Cheng County is analyzed in depth from 4 aspects of industrial advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and the biggest threats.Summarizing and putting forward that there are still some problems in the development of the walnut planting industry in Cheng County,such as the lack of management level,the lag of the walnut processing industry and the proportion of processing is small and other problems.This paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the walnut industry in Cheng County from these aspects of vigorously carrying out technical training,improving the management level of science and technology,enhancing the ability to prevent natural disasters,exploring the deep processing path of walnut and improving the added value of walnut products.
