摘 要:为解决锅炉滑压运行及低负荷调峰能力,需对锅炉水冷壁进行改造。本文依托某电厂定压改滑压工程,结合目前在超临界锅炉螺旋管圈水冷壁方面的设计经验,选用中间混合集箱由螺旋管圈向垂直管屏过渡的水冷壁系统,计算并选取合理的水冷壁质量流速,从而确定上、下炉膛水冷壁管径和壁厚及螺旋倾角等重要参数,开发出一种全新的螺旋管圈水冷壁结构,并完成水动力安全性校核计算确定最终可行性实施方案。In order to solve the boiler sliding pressure operation and low-load peak shaving capacity,it is necessary to transform the boiler water wall,relying on the constant pressure to sliding pressure project of a power plant,combined with the current design experience in the supercritical boiler spiral pipe ring water wall,the water wall system of the transition from the spiral pipe ring to the vertical pipe screen of the intermediate mixing header is selected,and a reasonable mass flow rate of the water wall is calculated and selected,so as to determine the important parameters such as the diameter and wall thickness and spiral inclination angle of the upper and lower furnace water walls,and develop a new spiral pipe ring water wall structure.And complete the hydrodynamic safety check calculation,and determine the final feasibility implementation plan.
