摘  要:实现干排渣机冷却风温实时测量与控制,对提高干渣机运行的经济性和可靠性具有重要作用。本文提出了一种基于声学的干式排渣机渣斗处冷却风温测量技术,并利用模极大值优化算法对声波信号进行降噪优化,提高信噪比,以保证冷却风温测量结果的准确性与稳定性。在此基础上,开发了干式排渣机渣斗冷却风温声学测量系统,并在国内某660 MW超临界机组进行了应用验证。结果表明,冷却风温的测量结果准确稳定,可跟踪机组负荷的变化,为干式排渣机经济运行优化提供了有力的检测技术支撑。The real-time measurement and control of the cooling air temperature play an important role in improving the economy and reliability of the dry slag extractor in coal-fired power plant.In this paper,an acoustic-based measurement technique for cooling air temperature in the slag bucket of dry slag extractor was proposed.To achieve the accurate and reliable measurement the cooling air temperature,the modulus maxima optimization algorithm was used to filter the noise in acoustic signal and improve the signal-to-noise ratio.On this basis,an acoustic measurement system for the cooling air temperature in the slag bucket of dry slag extractor was developed and verified in a 660 MW ultra supercritical unit.Results showed that the measurement results of the cooling air temperature were stable and accurate,which were able to track the load change of the unit and provide technical support for the economic and optimal operation of a dry slag extractor.
