摘  要:基于Pumplinx仿真分析软件,对不同出油槽结构下的摆线转子泵的容积效率、内部瞬态压力、气体分数值和压力脉动进行数值模拟分析对比。研究结果表明,不同的出油槽对摆线转子的流体特性的影响不同。本次研究设计了四种不同出油槽的结构形式方案。方案A在出油口压力脉动和空化方面表现最佳,方案C的油腔内部瞬态最大压力最小,而方案D的容积效率最高。对方案A的容积效率和出油口的压力脉动进行样件试验验证,测试结果与仿真结果具有较好的一致性。Using Pumplinx simulation analysis software,a numerical simulation analysis and comparison were conducted on the volumetric efficiency,internal transient pressure,gas fraction,and pressure pulsation of the cycloidal rotor pump with different outlet chamber structures.The research results indicate that different outlet chamber designs have varying effects on the fluid characteristics of the cycloidal rotor.In this study,four different structural schemes for the outlet chamber were designed.Scheme A exhibited the best performance in terms of outlet pressure pulsation and cavitation,Scheme C had the lowest maximum internal transient pressure in the oil cavity,and Scheme D had the highest volumetric efficiency.Sample tests were conducted to verify the volumetric efficiency and outlet pressure pulsation of Scheme A,and the test results showed good consistency with the simulation results.
