摘 要:无源RFID在智能柜、智能货架等相对封闭的应用场景中,由于复杂环境导致的信号反射、叠加,存在信号盲区或者弱区,有的标签还会发生频偏,从而带来标签的漏读和串读问题。对此,项目人员通常通过大量的测试来评估信号盲区和弱区范围,而不能直观看到信号的强弱分布情况,无法针对性地改善盲区和弱区。本文旨在引入信号可视化方法,对目标环境内的场强进行直观展示,并通过增加扫频方式确定标签对不同频点的响应情况,确定标签在哪些区域内哪些频点无响应,从而让项目开发者能快速找到标签漏读或串读的原因,从而针对性地优化RFID天线阵列设计,补偿对应的盲区和弱区,快速实现产品的性能升级。该方案已在智能货架、RFID通道门等多个产品开发阶段和现场应用环境中得到使用,大大提升了漏读和串读问题的解决效率。Passive RFID in the relatively closed application scenarios such as smart cabinets and smart shelves,there are signal blind or weak areas due to signal reflection and superposition caused by complex environments.In addition,some labels may have frequency bias,which leads to label missed reading and cross-reading problems.Usually,project personnel evaluate the range of signal blind and weak areas through a large number of tests,but can not see the strength distribution of signals directly.This paper aims to introduce a signal visualization method,visually display the intensity of signal in the target environment,and determine the response of the label to different frequency points by increasing the frequency scanning method,and determine which frequency points in which areas the label does not respond,so that the project developers can quickly find the cause of label reading or cross-reading,so as to optimize the design of the RFID antenna array,compensate the corresponding blind area and weak area,quickly achieve product performance upgrade.The solution has been used in multiple product development stages such as intelligent shelf and RFID channel door and field application environment,greatly improving the efficiency of solving missed read and cross-read problems.
