摘 要:随着《“十四五”数字经济发展规划》的发布,加快5G基站建设,构建“5G+工业互联网平台”已成为了当下的重要目标。光电混合缆由于其在低成本便捷化网络覆盖优势,在综合布线上得到了广泛的应用和推广,但如何在繁多的工序和复杂的工艺下确保产品质量成为了光电混合缆制程中亟需解决的痛点,为此我司在制程中引入了数字化管控,通过对光单元和电单元生产中关键参数的自动监测和分析,提升产品的质量管控。With the release of the"14th Five Year"Digital Economy Development Plan,accelerating the construction of 5G base stations and building a"5G+Industrial Internet platform"have become important goals at present.Due to its advantages in low-cost and convenient network coverage,optical and electrical hybrid cables have been widely applied and promoted in integrated wiring.However,how to ensure product quality in avariety of processes and complex processes has become an urgent pain point in the optical and electrical hybrid cable manufacturing process.Therefore,our company has introduced digital control in the process,through automatic monitoring and analysis of key parameters in theproduction of optical and electrical units,Improve product quality control.
