摘  要:[目的]滇牡丹作为珍贵的油用野生牡丹资源,具有巨大的开发潜能,研究其果荚及结实特征可为滇牡丹育种工作提供帮助。[方法]以11个野生居群的滇牡丹果荚及种子为研究对象,统计果荚及种子性状数据,采用描述统计、相关性、K-均值聚类及方差分析等方法对数据进行分析。[结果]果荚及种子各性状变异系数(CV)变化范围9.15%~72.96%,其中果荚重具有最大的平均变异系数(53.54%),其次为发育种子数(52.68%)及败育种子数(51.39%),丽江利苴(DLG)居群在11个居群中拥有最大的平均果荚长度(7.49 cm),果荚宽度(6.66 cm)及果荚重(27.83 g)。采用K-均值聚类的方法对滇牡丹种子质量分级标准进行探究,结果表明Ⅰ级种子(单粒重>1.26 g、种子宽>1.25 cm、种子长>1.38 cm),Ⅱ级种子(单粒重0.84~1.26 g、种子宽1.10~1.25 cm、种子长1.22~1.38 cm),Ⅲ级种子(0.60 g单粒重~<0.84 g、1.01 cm<种子宽<1.10 cm、1.05 cm<种子长<1.22 cm),等外种子(单粒重<0.60 g、种子宽≤1.01 cm、种子长≤1.05 cm),其中丽江牦牛坪(DLM)居群具有最大的Ⅰ级种子及Ⅱ级种子的占比分别为3.41%、4.89%;昆明梁王山拥有最大的等外种子占比3.30%。[结论]滇牡丹果荚性状变异丰富,果荚重、发育种子数及败育种子数等性状较其他性状具有较大的变异,11个居群中DLM与DLG两个居群在果荚及种子性状、结实特征上均优于其他居群,而昆明梁王山(DLW)居群表现最差。[Objective]As a precious wild oil peony resource,Peaonia delavayi has huge developmental potentials.Studying its fruit and fruiting characteristics can provide reference for the breeding of Peaonia delavayi.[Method]The fruits and seeds of Peaonia delavayi in 11 wild populations were taken as the research object,and the data of pods and seeds were analyzed by descriptive statistics,correlation,K-means clustering and variance analysis.[Result]The coefficient of variation(CV)of various characters of fruits and seeds varied from 9.15%to 72.96%,among which the fruits weight had the largest average coefficient of variation(53.54%),followed by the number of developed seeds(52.68%)and the number of aborted seeds(51.39%).The Lijiang LiGeng(DLG)had the largest average fruits length(7.49 cm),width(6.66 cm)and weight(27.83 g)among the 11 populations.The seed quality grading standard of paeonia delavayi was explored with the K-means clustering method.The results showed that Class I seeds(single seed weight>1.26 g,seed width>1.25 cm,seed length>1.38 cm),Class II seeds(single seed weight 0.84-1.26 g,seed width 1.10-1.25 cm,seed length 1.22-1.38 cm),Class III seeds(single seed weight 0.60-<0.84 g,1.01 cm<seed width<1.10 cm,1.05 cm<seed length<1.22 cm),Out of class seeds(single seed weight<0.60 g,pod width≤1.01 cm,pod length≤1.05 cm),among which the largest number of class I seeds and class II seeds were 3.41%and 4.89%respectively in Lijiang Maoniuping population(DLM),Liangwangshan with the largest proportion of substandard seeds accounting for(3.30%).[Conclusion]The characteristics of Peaonia delavayi’s fruit are rich in variation,and the characteristics of fruit weight,the number of developed seeds and the number of abortive seeds have greater variation than other characteristics.Among the 11 populations,the DLM and DLG populations are superior than other populations in fruit and seed characteristics,and seed setting characteristics,while the Kunming Liangwangshan(DLW)population has the worst performance.
