摘 要:[目的]为了优良甘蔗种质资源的评价及快速分类,应用于甘蔗新品种培育。[方法]研究采集选配了22对云瑞系列杂交组合,对后代的丛有效茎数、株高、茎径、丛重、锤度5个主要农艺性状数据进行无量纲处理,再低级数据融合,结合相关分析、偏最小二乘分析(PLS-DA)、系统聚类分析(HCA)等方法,对试验材料进行综合评价,以提高创新种质的利用效率。[结果](1)不同组合后代材料间的农艺性状数据指纹图谱差异较大,可以用于不同材料的鉴别;(2)PLS-DA与HCA结果显示,不同甘蔗野生种质资源后代群体间具有一定间隔,能较好进行区分,其中来源于云南割手密后代试验材料F_2与F_3代群体距离较近,关系较为紧密;(3)基于变量投影重要性准则(VIP)结果,筛选出的34个单株有较大的遗传改良潜力,将其选出进行下一步杂交利用。[结论]通过在不同农艺现状的数据融合对甘蔗种质进行评价,为甘蔗优异种质资源的收集保育、筛选和创新利用提供参考依据。[Objective]This study aims to evaluate and fastly classify excellent sugarcane germplasm resources,and apply them in breeding new sugarcane varieties.[Method]In this study,22 pairs of Yunrui series hybrid combinations were collected and selected.The data of five main agronomic traits of the progeny,including effective stalks,plant height,stem diameter,heavier punishmentt and average birx,were collected and dimensionlessly processed.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the innovative germplasm,low-level data fusion,correlation analysis,Partial Least Squares-Discriminant Analysis(PLS-DA),Hierarchical Cluster Analysis(HCA)and other methods were used to comprehensively evaluate the experimental materials.[Result]The results showed that:(1)The fingerprints of agronomic traits were different among the progeny materials of different combinations,which could be used for identification of different materials;(2)The results of PLS-DA and HCA showed that the progenies of different sugarcane wild germplasm resources had a certain interval.Consequently,they could be easily distinguished.The F2 and F3 generations of the experimental materials from Yunnan Saccharum spontaneum progenies were close to each other.(3)According to the results of Variable Importance for the Projection(VIP)analysis,the 34 individual plants had huge potential for genetic improvement and were selected for further hybridization,[Conclusion]The sugarcane germplasm was evaluated by data fusion of different agronomic status,which provided a reference for the collection,conservation,screening and innovative utilization of excellent sugarcane germplasm resources.
