工装管在FPSO项目货油系统调试中的应用

摘  要:结合在建的系列FPSO项目货油系统,对货油系统的HPU容量、offloading管路的卸载速率进行验证,由于FPSO项目通常情况下船体与模块在不同场地建造,船体货油系统在调试时不完整,故考虑设计一套工装管安装在offloading管路末端,通过工装设计和应用制造背压环境,实现上部模块的管道阻力模拟,来满足货油系统调试需求。在设计容量下同时运行6台货油泵和2台压载泵来验证HPU的容量,试验结果表明,工装管的设计符合系统阻力需求,使得HPU可以在100%负载工况下驱动6台货油泵和2台压载泵,同时也验证了offloading管路的卸载速率。Taking the cargo oil system of a series of FPSO projects under construction as the research object,the HPU capacity of the cargo oil system and the unloading rate of offloading pipeline were verified.Due to the fact that FPSO projects are typically built on different sites for the hull and modules,the hull cargo oil system is incomplete during commissioning,it is necessary to design a set of tooling pipes to be installed at the end of the offloading pipeline.Through temporary piping and application to create back pressure environment,the pipeline resistance simulation of the topside can be realized to meet the requirements of cargo oil system commissioning and optimize the commissioning process.The capacity of the HPU was verified by running six cargo pumps and two ballast pumps simultaneously at the designed capacity.The test results showed that the temporary piping design meets the system resistance requirements,allowing the HPU to operate at 100%load to drive all of the cargo pumps and ballast pumps,and also verifies the unloading rate of the offloading line.
