摘 要:针对轴带发电机技术在大型船舶应用可行性问题,以当前接单数量较高的某吨位级别船型为载体,从船型线型、结构特点、轴带发电机型式、布置要求、轴系设计、经济性等方面进行综合分析评估,结果表明,在不进行大修改前提下,抱轴式轴带发电机能很好地适应现有船舶条件,现有轴系设计经过可控修改即可满足加装轴带发电机后的技术需求,经济性方面,成本回收期限在船东可接受范围内,轴带发电机技术在大型船舶应用具有较高可行性,所提出的解决方案适用于多数船型。The application feasibility of the shaft generator technology in large ships was analyzed.Based on the ship type with a high number of orders received at present,the comprehensive research and evaluation were carried out from the ship lines,structure feature,shaft generator type,arrangement requirement,shafting design and economy,etc.The results showed that the pivot type shaft generator can well adapt to the current ship conditions without major modifications.The current shafting design can meet the technical requirements after the installation of shaft generator with limited modification.Economically,the cost recovery period is within the acceptable range of the owner.The application of shaft generator technology in large ships has high feasibility,and the solutions proposed in the study are applicable to most ship types.
