摘  要:针对船底泄放塞类型的多样性,结合国产大型邮轮首制船和民用船舶设计经验,从结构造型、制作工艺、施工工艺、经济效益等方面对泄放塞选型进行对比,分析结果表明,锥形泄放塞相对T形泄放塞不仅结构形式、制作工艺简单,还能够提高施工安装效率,并且在船舶后续实际使用中,锥形泄放塞可实现舱内外开启,便于舱内油水的清洁,建议后续邮轮及民用船舶广泛使用锥形船底泄放塞。In view of the diversity of ship bottom drain plug types,the selection of ship bottom drain plug was analyzed based on the design experience of domestic large cruise ship and civilian ship.By comparing the discharge plug from the aspects of structural modeling,manufacturing technology,construction technology and economic benefits,the optimal discharge plug type was obtained.Comparative analysis showed that compared with T-shaped drain plug,the conical drain plug not only has simple structure and manufacturing process,but also can improve the efficiency of construction and installation.In addition,the conical drain plug can be opened inside and outside the cabin to facilitate the cleaning of oil and water in the cabin in the subsequent use of the ship.It is suggested that the conical bottom drain plug can be widely used in future cruise ships and civilian ships.
