摘  要:针对船舶铝合金材料在焊接过程中的技术难点,综合分析船用铝合金常用的惰性气体保护焊、激光电弧复合焊和搅拌摩擦焊等工艺方法在铝合金焊接过程中的关键要素,探讨焊接质量改善方法,对船舶铝合金焊接工艺在技术特点、生产效率、应用范围等方面的差异进行归纳和比较,明晰各类船用铝合金焊接工艺的应用前景。In view of the technical difficulties of marine aluminum alloy materials in the welding process,the common used welding methods of argon arc welding,laser arc hybrid welding and friction stir welding were analyzed comprehensively,as well as the key factors in the welding processes of marine aluminum alloys.The welding quality improvement methods were discussed.The differences of marine aluminum alloy welding processes in technical characteristics,production efficiency,application range and other aspects were summarized and compared,and the application prospect of various welding technology for aluminum alloy was clarified.
