摘  要:针对拉锚试验出现的问题以及传统二维锚系设计周期长、成本高的现状,进行全新的锚系交互设计,利用拉锚仿真软件对邮轮现有锚系设计进行验证,自主设计全新的锚唇线型,快速将二维设计转化为三维数字模型并进行数字验证,缩短设计周期,经过仿真可以提前发现问题,直接在软件中修改模型,直至生成最终方案,保障木模试验的成功率,有效降低时间和成本消耗。An interactive design and optimization of anchor system was carried out in order to solve the problems of anchor pulling tests,as well as the problems of long design cycle and high cost of traditional 2D anchor system design.The anchor system design of cruise ship was verified by using simulation software.A new bell-mouth line was designed,which could quickly transform the 2D design into 3D digital model for digital verification and shorten the design optimization cycle.After simulation,problems can be discovered in advance,and the model can be modified directly until the final scheme is generated,which guarantees the success rate of wood model test and effectively reduces the consumption of time and cost.
