摘 要:针对船坞无法向新建或维修船舶提供满足其大型设备或系统联合调试耗量和压力要求的自然界水源作为冷却水的问题,分析导致问题发生的原因,提出临时冷却水供给单元和船舶海底门临时封堵方案,应用结果表明,该方案可有效解决自然界水源作为在建船舶调试冷却水的引入、输送和泄漏问题,可有效提高了生产效率,降低新建船舶后期的试航成本。Aiming at the problem that the dock cannot provide the cooling water from natural source to meet the quantity and pressure requirements of the joint commissioning of equipment or system for the newly built or repaired ships,the causes of the problem were analyzed,and the temporary cooling water supply unit and the temporary sealing scheme of sea chest were designed.The application results showed that the scheme can effectively solve the problems of the introduction,transportation and leakage of natural water as the commissioning cooling water of the ship under construction,effectively improve the production efficiency and reduce the trial cost of the new ship.
