摘 要:随着工程交易数量及金额越来越大,工程交易对建筑经济的影响也越来越重要。作为工程项目交易标的,工程量清单发挥着招标投标平台及桥梁纽带作用,工程量清单不仅涉及工程计价和工程管理,更涉及交易博弈及合同管理等多重问题,现行工程量清单在应对复杂、多变的工程交易过程中,存在灵活性、一致性及自主性方面不足等问题,文章从工程交易到工程量清单、工程量清单交易之理、工程量清单交易之用进行梳理、分析,建立多层级、多范围、多尺度、多维度的新型工程量清单应用模式,试图解决工程量清单在交易过程中的诸多不足,为工程交易中的工程量清单赋能。The number and amount of project transactions are increasing,and the impact of project transactions on the construction economy is becoming more and more important.As the transaction target of engineering projects,the bill of quantities plays the role of bidding platform and bridge.The bill of quantities not only involves project pricing and project management,but also involves multiple issues such as transaction game and contract management.The current bill of quantities is widely criticized for its lack of flexibility,consistency and autonomy in dealing with complex and changeable project transactions.This paper combs and analyzes from engineering transaction to bill of quantities,the principle of bill of quantities transaction,and the use of bill of quantities transaction,and establishes a new multi-level,multi range,multi-scale,and multi-dimensional bill of quantities application mode,in order to solve many shortcomings of bill of quantities in the transaction process and empower bill of quantities in engineering transaction.
