国内外医用一次性防护服标准对比分析

摘　　要：为完善我国医用一次性防护服的性能指标,介绍了中国、欧盟、美国和日本医用防护服的执行标准。从防护性能、力学性能以及舒适性能三方面进行分类对比,分析了国内外医用防护服标准的优势与不足。认为:我国医用一次性防护服标准整体规定较全面,但还应补充制订阻水、微生物穿透、撕破强力、抗穿刺、顶破强力等指标,同时提升透湿指标,使医用一次性防护服更符合实际使用需求。In order to complete performance indexes of domestic medical disposable protective clothing,executive standard of medical protective clothing in China,European Union,United States and Japan were introduced and compared by classification from three aspects as protection performance,mechanical performance and comfort.The advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign medical protective clothing standard were analyzed.It is considered that standards of domestic medical disposable protective clothing is overall comprehensive.But water blocking,microorganism penetration,tear strength,puncture resistance,bursting strength and so on should be added.Meanwhile,moisture permeance index should be increased to ensure medical disposable protective clothing meeting practical application requirements better.
