摘 要:研究纳米氧化锡锑导电涂层棉织物的制备方法及性能。利用层层组装技术在棉织物表面交替组装纳米氧化锡锑和聚合物,构筑导电涂层。测试了不同导电涂层棉织物的微观形貌、质量、厚度、透气量、导电性、稳定性和阻燃性。结果表明:随着组装层数的增加,织物质量、厚度及导电性提高,透气性降低;组装3层的织物表面电阻为54.7 kΩ/cm,比2层的电阻降低了1个数量级;氧化锡锑/聚乙烯亚胺阻燃剂改善了棉织物的阻燃性能。认为:制备的氧化锡锑导电涂层棉织物性能优良,可应用于智能可穿戴纺织品中。Preparation method and property of nano antimony tin oxide conductive coated cotton fabric were studied.Nano antimony tin oxide and polymer were alternately assembled on cotton fabric surface by layer-by-layer assembly.Conductive coating layer was built.Microstructure,mass,thickness,air permeability,electrical conductivity,stability and fire resistance of different conductive coated cotton fabrics were tested.Results showed that fabric mass,thickness and conductivity were increased with the increased number of assembly layers.But the air permeability was decreased.Surface electrical resistance of the fabric assembled for 3 layers was 54.7 kΩ/cm,which is an order of magnitude lower than that for 2 layers.Fire resistance of the cotton fabrics were improved with fire retardant of antimony tin oxide/PEI.It is considered that the prepared antimony tin oxide conductive coated fabric with excellent properties is feasible for intelligent wearable textiles.
