纺织厂多级用水系统策略分析

摘　　要：为了解决当前纺织厂多采用单级供水网络、水资源利用率较低的问题,阐述了纺织厂用水情况和特点,将纺织厂用水按照水质要求分为三类,考虑回收的难易程度和成本高低,对空调排水、冷却塔排水、空压站凝结水、锅炉房冷却水、蒸纱机冷却水进行回收,制定了水的三级重复使用流程,实现了水的多次重复利用,降低了耗水量,提高了水资源利用水平。In order to solve problems of single-stage water supply network and low water resource utilization rate in textile mills,the situation and characteristics of water use in textile mills were expounded.The water used in textile mills was divided into three categories according to water quality requirements.Considering difficulty and cost of recycling,the water used in air conditioning drainage,cooling tower drainage,condensate water of air compressor station,cooling water of boiler room and cooling water of yarn steam machine were recovered.Three-stage reuse process of water was formulated,multiple reuse of water was realized,water consumption was reduced and utilization level of water resources was improved.
