摘 要:围绕抗菌纤维应该具有的广谱抗菌、抗菌效率高、抗菌耐久性好、对人体安全无害、应用场景广、对纤维的力学性能和外观颜色影响小等要求,针对抗菌纤维的应用特征和应用场景,概述了本征抗菌纤维和改性抗菌纤维的研究开发进展。从制备方法和抗菌机理两方面研究了抗菌纤维结构和性能的影响因素,总结了现有抗菌纤维普遍存在的抗菌耐久性和强度下降的原因,并展望了抗菌纤维未来的发展趋势。认为抗菌纤维应朝绿色环保、持久稳定和高附加值的方向发展。Based on the requirements that antibacterial fibers should have broader spectrum antibacterial,higher antibacterial efficiency,better antibacterial durability,safe and harmless to human body,wide application scenarios,little influence on mechanical properties and appearance color of fibers,aiming at the application characteristics and application scenarios of antibacterial fibers,the research and development progress of intrinsic antibacterial fibers and modified antibacterial fibers were summarized.Factors affecting structure and properties of antibacterial fibers were studied from aspects of preparation method and antibacterial mechanism.Reasons for the deterioration of antibacterial durability and strength were summarized,and the development trend of antibacterial fibers in the future was prospected.It is considered that antibacterial fiber should be developed in the direction of environmental protection,durable stability and high added value.
