摘 要:为改善风冷多联式空调机组室外机通风换热效果,提出采用喷雾冷却技术,并针对该技术对风冷多联式空调机组性能的影响进行试验研究。结果表明:采用喷雾冷却技术可以保证室外机侧高温度下风冷多联式空调机组的制冷量,当室外机侧环境温度达到50℃时,风冷多联式空调机组的制冷量仍可达到额定制冷量的90%;当室外机侧环境温度在39℃及以下时,采用喷雾冷却技术能够提高风冷多联式空调机组的制冷能效比EER,提升幅度在10%以上。In order to improve the ventilation and heat transfer effects of air-cooled multi-connected air-conditioning units'outdoor unit,the spray cooling technology is proposed to be used,and the influence of the technology on the performance of air-cooled multi-connected air-conditioning units is studied by test.The results show that the spray cooling technology can effectively guarantee the cooling capacity of air-cooled multi-connected air-conditioning units under high outdoor temperature.When the ambient temperature of the outdoor unit side reaches 50℃,the cooling capacity of air-cooled multi-connected air-conditioning units can still reach 90%of the rated cooling capacity.When the ambient temperature is 39℃and below,the spray cooling technology can also improve the EER of air-cooled multi-connected air-conditioning units,the increase range of EER is more than 10%.
