摘 要:针对固体蓄热电加热装置在运行中电加热丝时常烧断的问题,依托于4 MW蓄热装置,提出保持蓄热体组质量和换热面积不变,改变换热通道数目的方案,分别对原装置模型和改变换热通道数目后的装置模型进行数值模拟,对比分析蓄热体温度和换热通道内壁温度。结果表明:当换热通道数目为8条时,蓄热体组垂直于换热通道方向的蓄热体和换热通道内壁温差明显减小,有效改善温度分布不均匀的问题。Aiming at the problem that the electric heating wire of the solid thermal storage electric heating device often burns off during operation,based on one 4 MW thermal storage device,a scheme of keeping the mass and heat transfer area of the heat accumulator group unchanged and changing the number of heat transfer channels is proposed.The original device model and the device model after changing the number of heat transfer channels are numerically simulated.The temperature of heat accumulator and the inner wall temperature of the heat transfer channel are compared and analy-zed.The results show that when the number of heat transfer channels is 8,the temperature differences of heat accumulator and inner wall of heat transfer channel of the heat accumulator group perpendicular to the direction of the heat transfer channels are obviously reduced,which effectively improves the problem of uneven temperature distribution.
