摘  要:随着煤改电和节能减排政策的大力推行,烟草行业烤烟房也在逐渐推广热泵作为热源,其中热泵用制冷剂选择对于烤烟成败非常关键,选择了4个典型在用制冷剂作为基准,计算其在烟叶烘干工艺范围要求的参数来给出制冷剂选择的理论依据。其次,在烤房结构基础上建立仿真模型,进行负荷计算,以确定匹配压缩机功率,为各地不同气象条件选择压缩机提供参考。With the vigorous implementation of coal to electricity and energy conservation and emission reduction policies,flue-cured tobacco houses in the tobacco industry are gradually promoting heat pumps as heat sources,in which the refrigerant selection of heat pumps is very key to flue-cured tobacco.This paper selects four refrigerants in use as benchmarks to calculate their parameter properties in the scope of tobacco drying process to give the theoretical basis for refrigerant selection.Secondly,the simulation model is established based on the grill structure,and the load is calculated to determine the matching compressor power,so as to provide reference for selecting compressors under different meteorological conditions.
