摘  要:装配式钢结构除尘设备是由预制钢板焊接而成的大型钢筒结构,依靠环梁承担全部工况荷载,受工作环境的温度应力、圆环钢板冷弯残余应力影响,环梁结构支撑形式对结构承载力影响较大。本文对环梁结构在三种工况荷载作用下,考虑残余应力影响,比较了固定端、简支两种支撑形式,对结构承载力进行有限元分析。结果表明,不论对于简支还是固定端约束,结构随温度升高应力增加,稳定性降低。两种约束下,钢板残余应力对结构的应力影响不同,固定端约束下结构变形随温度变化在初始位置上下移动,由变形产生的应力过大,叠加残余应力后导致结构局部应力过大;简支约束下随温度变化结构变形始终处于初始位置以下,有利于上部圆环钢板残余应力分布,但支撑与结构连接处应力增加。因此,对于此类结构的支撑形式,选择简支约束更为合理。The assembled steel dust collector is a large steel cylinder structure made of prefabricated steel plates welded together,relying on the ring beam to bear all the working loads,which is affected by the temperature stress of the working environment and the cold bending residual stress of the circular steel plate,and the support form of the ring beam structure has a large influence on the structural bearing capacity.In this paper,the ring beam structure was subjected to three kinds of working loads,and the effect of residual stresses was considered,and two types of support forms,fixed end and simple support,were compared,and the finite element analysis of structural bearing capacity was carried out.The results showed that whether for simple support or fixed end restraint,with the increase of temperature,the stress of the structure increases and the stability decreases.Under the two constraints,the residual stress of the steel plate has different effects on the stress of the structure,and the deformation of the structure moves up and down in the initial position with the temperature change under the constraint of the fixed end,and the stress generated by the deformation is too large,and the local stress of the structure is too large after superimposing the residual stress.The structural deformation under simple support restraint is always below the initial position with temperature changes,which is conducive to the distribution of residual stress in the upper circular steel plate,but the stress increases at the connection between the support and the structure.Therefore,simple support restraint is more reasonable for ring beam structure.
