摘  要:本文介绍了岩石地基上超长钢筋混凝土水池结构不设缝因温度变化引起的结构开裂及应对措施,以及超长结构温度应力σ_(max)、平均裂缝间距L_m及最大裂缝宽度δ_(fmax)计算公式。并以某大型污水处理厂AAO-MBR生物池工程为例,详细介绍了超长钢筋混凝土水池不设缝的结构设计方法,通过选用补偿收缩混凝土、加强混凝土保温保湿养护、设置后浇带及滑动层等减少温度收缩措施,解决岩石地基超长水池结构不设缝因温度应力过大引起的开裂问题,为今后在岩石地基上进行超长水池结构不设缝设计提供借鉴及参考。This paper discusses the cracking of super-long jointless reinforced concrete tank structures supported on rock foundations due to temperature changes and presents corresponding solutions.It also introduces calculation formula for temperature stressσ_(max),average crack spacing Lm,and maximum crack widthδ_(fmax)of the structure.Using the AAO-MBR biological tank project of Jushan Wastewater Treatment Plant in Xingyi City as an example,this paper details the structural design method for this structure.Solutions such as using shrinkage compensating concrete,strengthening concrete insulation and moisturizing maintenance,setting post-cast strips and sliding layers,are employed to reduce temperature shrinkage and solve cracking caused by excessive temperature stress.This study provides reference and guidance for designing similar structures.
