摘  要:为了提升新型洗碗机用开放式水泵的水力性能,基于正交优化设计方法对新型开放式水泵核心部件复合式叶轮进行优化设计.选取叶片出口宽度、叶片数和后盖板高度作为设计参数,基于L 25(56)正交表的极差分析对正交试验的结果进行对比,获得不同参数对开放式水泵扬程和效率的影响规律.研究结果表明:参数因素对扬程和效率的影响主次顺序依次为叶片数、叶片出口宽度和后盖板高度;正交优化的最优方案是叶片数为8,叶片出口宽度为16.33 mm,后盖板高度为8.5 mm;优化后方案与原方案对比,设计工况下水泵扬程提高了14.84%,效率提高了15.25%;模拟结果表明,优化后的叶轮内部流动得到明显改善,流道内压力变小,叶轮出口流速有所降低,流动损失减小,旋涡减少.研究结果揭示了3个参数影响规律,为开放式水泵复合式叶轮水力设计提供了参考依据.In order to improve the hydraulic performance of the new type of dishwasher pump for dishwashers,the compound impeller,which is a core component of the new type pump,was optimized based on the orthogonal optimization design method.The width of the blade outlet,number of blades and the height of the rear cover plate were selected as the design parameters,and a comparison of the results of the orthogonal test was done based on the range analysis of the L 25(56)orthogonal table,and the influence of different parameters on the head and efficiency of the new type pump was obtained.The results show that the influence order of parameter factors on the head and efficiency is the number of blades,width of the rear blade outlet and the height of the rear cover plate.The optimal solution of the orthogonal optimization is that the number of blades is 8,width of the impeller outlet is 16.33 mm,and the height of the rear cover plate is 8.5 mm.Compared with the original scheme,the optimized scheme shows that the head and efficiency of the pump are increased by 14.84%and 15.25%,respectively under the design condition.The simulation results show that the internal flow of the optimized impeller is significantly improved,pressure in the flow channel becomes smaller,flow velocity at the outlet of the impeller is reduced,flow loss is reduced,and the vortex is as well reduced.The research results reveal the influence laws of the three parameters,and provide a reference for the hydraulic design of the compound impeller used in the new type pump for dishwashers.
