摘 要:为进一步完善国产射流脉冲喷头设计理论体系,设计并测试了一种适用于小流量工况下射流进口宽度为2 mm的负压反馈射流喷头.首先采用单因素分析重新确定了喷头关键设计参数位差比、劈距比和侧壁倾角的有效设计区间,进一步以进口流量、出口流速和射程作为评价指标,进行9因素4水平正交试验,得到喷头内部最优结构参数,并加工样机进行试验验证.结果表明:在小流量工况下负压反馈射流喷头的重要结构尺寸设计区间变小,采用熵权法和极差分析法进行分析,确定了应用于小流量工况下负压反馈射流喷头的重要结构尺寸取值范围,发现射流进口深度成为影响其脉冲性能和水力性能最重要的因素,数值分析结果与试验高度吻合;分别与国家标准和国外产品相比,在进口流量一致的情况下射流脉冲喷头的射程同比提升17.3%~23.5%和19.1%~20.0%.研究结果为该型国产喷头后续研究与产品开发提供了可借鉴的思路与方法.To further improve the theoretical system for the design of domestic jet pulse nozzles,this research proposed a negative pressure feedback jet nozzle with an inlet width of 2 mm for small flow rate conditions.The single-factor analysis was utilized to determine the effective design interval of the key design parameters of the nozzle,including bit difference ratio,splitting distance ratio,and sidewall inclination angle.A nine-factor four-level orthogonal test with the objective functions of inlet flowrate,outlet velocity,and jet range was conducted to obtain the optimal internal structure parameters of the nozzle.Finally,the results were validated by experiments.The comparison indicates that the numerical results show a remarkable agreement with the experiment.Meanwhile,compared with the national standard and foreign products,the range of the jet pulse nozzle is improved by 17.3%-23.5%and 19.1%-20.0%under the same operating condition.Furthermore,this research illustrates a valuable method that can guide the subsequent research and domestic product development of this type of nozzle.
