摘  要:以开沟参数(深、宽)及回填土容重为试验因素,在室内进行了3因素3水平正交试验,依据剖面土壤湿润体、水分分布均匀度、土壤湿润比等,研究了秸秆复合管埋设参数的合理性.结果表明:秸秆复合管灌水后湿润体剖面形状近似为一个半椭圆形,其中,短轴为水平方向运移距离,长轴为垂直地面方向运移距离.当沟深为20 cm、沟宽为15 cm、回填土容重为1.1 g/cm^(3)时,秸秆复合管的灌溉储水率最大;当沟深为10 cm、沟宽为25 cm、回填土容重为1.2 g/cm^(3)时,灌水水分分布均匀度最高;当沟深为20 cm、沟宽为25 cm、回填土容重为1.3 g/cm^(3)时,土壤湿润比最大.综合考虑秸秆复合管的灌溉储水率、水分分布均匀度和土壤湿润比可以得出,沟深对灌溉效果影响最优.当沟深为20 cm、沟宽为25 cm、回填土容重为1.3 g/cm^(3)时,秸秆地下灌溉的灌溉效果最好,即此埋设参数较为合理.以上结论可为秸秆地下灌溉时秸秆复合管的合理埋设提供一定的参考依据.By taking the ditching parameters(depth,width)and backfill soil bulk density as the experimental factors,the orthogonal test of 3 factors and 3 levels was carried out in the laboratory to study the reasonable buried parameters of stalk composite pipe.The results show that the profile of the wet body is approximately a semi-elliptic under straw subsurface irrigation,where the short axis is the horizontal migration distance and the long axis represents the vertical migration distance.At the ditch depth of 20 cm,the ditch width of 15 cm and the backfill soil weight of 1.1 g/cm^(3),a maximum irrigation water storage rate pipe is obtained maximum.At the ditch depth of 10 cm,the ditch width of 25 cm and the backfill soil weight of 1.2 g/cm^(3),the largest water distribution uniformity is recorded.Also,the soil moisture ratio is the best at the ditch depth of 20 cm,the ditch width of 25 cm,and the backfill soil bulk density of 1.3 g/cm^(3).Considering the irrigation water storage rate,water distribution unifor-mity and soil moisture ratio of stalk composite pipe,it can be concluded that the irrigation effect is mostly affected by the ditch depth.The irrigation effect of straw subsurface irrigation is the best at the ditch depth of 20 cm,the ditch width of 25 cm,and the soil bulk density of backfill soil weight of 1.3 g/cm^(3),that is,the position parameter appears more reasonable.The above conclusions can provide some reference for the rational arrangement of stalk composite pipes under straw subsurface irrigation.
