摘　　要：目的:了解血尿酸水平与高血压患病风险的相关性。方法:采用病例对照研究方法,以上海市“高峰计划”松江人群队列基线调查数据为基础,根据性别、年龄进行1∶1个体匹配,从中共选取12864人作为研究对象,其中高血压人群为6432人、非高血压人群为6432人。采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析模型,分析血尿酸水平与高血压患病风险的相关性。结果:血尿酸水平≥370μmol/L的男性患高血压的风险是<284μmol/L的男性的1.19倍;血尿酸水平≥290μmol/L的女性患高血压的风险是<217μmol/L女性的1.15倍。血尿酸每增加10μmol/L,男性和女性患高血压的风险均增加1.00%。男性、女性血尿酸与高血压患病风险均呈正相关。结论:社区成年人群血尿酸水平异常升高可增加高血压的患病风险,保持正常血尿酸水平有助于高血压的早期预防。OBJECTIVE To investigate the association between serum uric acid and the risk of hypertension.METHODS The case-control study method was adopted,and data were obtained from the baseline investigation of the Songjiang Peak-Plan cohort,and 1:1 individual matching was conducted according to sex and age.A total of 12864 people were selected as the study subjects,including 6432 people with hypertension and 6432 people without hypertension;Univariate and multivariate logistic regression models were used to analyze the correlation between serum uric acid level and hypertension risk.RESULTS Male with 370μmol/L had 1.19 times the risk of hypertension than<284μmol/L;women with 290μmol/L had 1.15 times the risk of hypertension than women with<217μmol/L.For every 10μmol/L increase in blood uric acid,the risk of hypertension increased by 1.00%in both men and women.The analysis results showed that blood uric acid was positively associated with the risk of hypertension in both men and women.CONCLUSION Higher SUA levels in community-based adults may increase the risk of hypertension.Maintaining optimal uric acid levels might contribute to the early prevention of hypertension.
