摘　　要：目的:研制老年人急性心肌梗死急救素养问卷,为评估老年人急性心肌梗死急救素养水平提供测评工具。方法:基于健康素养理论模型及心肌梗死核心内容制定初始条目,邀请18位相关领域专家进行两轮德尔菲法咨询。根据咨询结果完善老年人急性心肌梗死急救素养问卷,并于2021年9—12月应用问卷对上海市金山区503名60岁以上老年人进行急性心肌梗死急救素养测评,分析量表的信度和效度。结果:问卷共有21个条目,包括急救意识、急救知识和理念、急救技能和信息利用3个维度。第2轮专家咨询结果各项目均分最小值为8.22分,最大值为9.49分,变异系数最大为0.15,Kendall协调系数W=0.399,显著性检验P值均<0.01。急救素养总量表及急救意识、急救知识和观念、急救技能和信息应用3个维度量表的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.900、0.770、0.902和0.892。量表χ^(2)自由度比、拟合优度指数、规范拟合指数、增值拟合指数、比较拟合指数、调整拟合优度指数、近似误差均方根分别为3.891、0.910、0.910、0.935、0.935、0.887和0.064,均满足推荐值。结论:该研究编制的急性心肌梗死急救素养评估问卷具备较好的信度和效度,可用于评估老年人急性心肌梗死急救素养水平。OBJECTIVE To develop the first aid literacy questionnaire for acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and provide an evaluation tool for evaluating the level of AMI first aid literacy.METHODS According to the theoretical model of health literacy and the core content of myocardial infarction,the initial items were formulated.18 experts in relevant fields were invited for two rounds of Delphi consultation.Further improve the first aid literacy questionnaire according to the expert consultation results.From September to December 2021,it was used to evaluate the first aid literacy of AMI in 503 elderly over 60 years old in Jinshan District of Shanghai,and to analyze the reliability and validity of the scale.RESULTS There were 21 items in the questionnaire,including three dimensions:first aid awareness,first aid knowledge and concept,first aid skills and information utilization.The minimum and the maximum score of items were 8.22 and 9.49,respectively,the maximum variable coefficient was 0.15,and the Kendall’s coefficient was 0.399.P value in significant testing was less than 0.001.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of total scale and three dimension scale were 0.900,0.770,0.902 and 0.892,respectively.The results of the confirmatory factor anlysis showed that the indicators ofχ^(2)/df,goodness of fit index(GFI),normative fit index(NFI),value-added fit index(IFI),comparative fit index(CFI),adjusted goodness of fit index(AGFI)and root mean square of estimation error(RMSEA)were 3.891,0.910,0.910,0.935,0.935,0.887 and 0.064,respectively,which all met the recommended values.CONCLUSION The evaluation questionnaire of first aid literacy questionnaire for AMI has good reliability and validity.
